On move-in day, we will verify that the full month’s installment, fees, and any outstanding paperwork are complete before giving out keys. Please note that we only accept certified checks; cash and money orders will not be accepted. If you choose to pay online before your arrival, please ensure to bring a copy of the online confirmation. Your first month’s installment is due no later than 07/30/2025. It’s crucial to ensure all fees and your first month’s installment are paid on time to secure your unit and prepare for move-in day.

As a condition of the Housing Contract, residents are required to carry liability insurance. To satisfy this requirement you have two options - Do nothing and you will be automatically enrolled in the Damage Waiver Program for a monthly fee or Purchase liability insurance from a licensed agent and provide proof of coverage to our partner Confirm Insurance. Please see attached flyer for more detail.

Our property is proud to be pet friendly! Whether or not you are bringing a pet, all residents are required to register with PetScreening even if you do not have a pet. Please click the link below to read more and complete your pet screening application.

Utility accounts are already established in Landlords name for your unit. There is no fee for water/sewer, trash, gas/electric and internet.
